Since it's Memorial Day weekend, I wanted to post this list of Military Discounts. Some of these are local (only in the Savannah area) and some are national. All vary depending on location.
REMEMBER, it never hurts to ask for your military discount. All they can say is no and sometimes they will surprise you with a discount if they are feeling generous - We ate at Steak and Shake recently and received a military discount even though their corporate policy is 'no discounts'. I asked, because I didn't know their policy, and the manager said he personally felt that they should offer a discount, so he gave us one. It was very kind of him, and greatly appreciated!
